Touch Rugby is a great way to keep fit, meet friends and enjoy a sport that is inclusive to all.
It's a mixed-gender sport that's great for fitness and socialising, with no experience or special equipment required. After the game, you can join others for a drink at Hartley's at Silver Royd.
Training is on at 7pm on Wednesday for anyone over 14 years
