The J. M. Guthrie Clubhouse is the perfect venue for holding your conference, meeting, exhibition, lecture, presentation, Funeral, Christening, Wedding or even team building day.
We have two conference and meeting rooms to choose from, as well as 300 on-site car parking spaces for delegates.
All attendees can also benefit from free use of our impressive gym facility on the day of the business event.
The Qdos Suite and Sponsors Lounge are located on the first floor of the Clubhouse, with doors leading onto the balcony, overlooking the pitch and our beautiful North Yorkshire coast. Both rooms benefit from under-floor heating, full air-conditioning and WI-FI access.

We offer a range of meeting rooms, from small one-on-one settings through to theatre style presentations for up to 200 delegates.
Room hire only available by the hour for as little £25.
Our full day meeting package starts from only £28 per delegate. This includes:

The Clubhouse is set within 32 acres of picturesque North Yorkshire countryside with spectacular views overlooking the sea and Scarborough Castle. We offer a first-class, bespoke functions service to ensure your requirements and budget are met.
J.M. Guthrie Clubhouse weddings are held in the Qdos Suite, which can accommodate up to 150 for a wedding breakfast and 200 for an evening reception.
N.B. Maximum occupancy of the room will be decreased if you require use of the stage as well as the dance floor.
